Thời gian xử lý bồi thường bảo hiểm của Bảo Việt là bao lâu?
Thông thường từ 5–10 ngày làm việc kể từ khi nhận đủ hồ sơ hợp lệ. Với hồ sơ phức tạp hoặc thiếu giấy tờ, thời gian có thể kéo dài hơn nhưng sẽ có thông báo cụ thể đến khách hàng.
Tôi có thể mua bảo hiểm cho người thân (cha mẹ, vợ/chồng, con) không?
Hoàn toàn được. Bảo Việt cho phép người mua đứng tên hợp đồng và bảo hiểm cho người thân trong gia đình, miễn là người được bảo hiểm có đầy đủ giấy tờ tùy thân và thông tin hợp lệ theo yêu cầu.
